The prices are on this page
Transcription is billed per audio-second, calls per second and SMS per segment, all in EUR. Nothing is added as a platform fee. The free tier asks for no card.
Norwegian transcription, per audio-second
You pay for the audio seconds we actually processed. A WebSocket sitting open with no audio costs nothing. The models run on EU endpoints, and the audio stays inside the EEA.
- Diarization: Included
- Verbatim + semantic: Included
- Free tier for evaluation, no card
Diarization sits inside the rate, and so do both transcript variants, verbatim and semantic. Turning them on costs nothing extra.
Voice per second, SMS per segment
Calls are metered by the second of talk time and SMS by the segment. Both are billed in EUR, and the carrier cost already sits inside the rate you see in the table.

A message the carrier filtered out, or one that hard-failed, is not billed.
Every price is an indicative anchor, shown as “from”. Final pricing is set on contract, so talk to us if you have committed volume.
Five rules for how we bill
The rules apply to every account, and there is no fine print underneath them.
Voice bills per second from answer. Nothing is rounded up to whole minutes.
Transcription bills per audio second, not per second your WebSocket stayed open.
Everything in EUR, with carrier fees already inside the rate.
No platform fee, and a free tier you can evaluate on.
SMS the carrier filtered out is never billed.
telkit vs Twilio and Deepgram
This table covers what actually separates us: where the data sits and how usage is metered. Price levels move with country and volume, so they rarely settle the choice on their own.
The telkit column states our own commitments. The competitor columns summarize public information as of 8 August 2026 and can change, so check current pricing and features with the vendor. “—” means the service is not described in the vendor's own offering.
